At Fatmod Records, we're all about celebrating music in its many forms. From pop to rock; hip hop to spoken word; ambient to classical; lo-fi to electronica; grunge to metal and everything in between. Whatever you're looking for we've got you covered, we may even turn you on to something you weren't expecting. Dive in and discover a world of musical treasures.
We Buy Records
We want to preserve the magic of vinyl. We understand the joy vinyl records can bring but it's a big commitment storage wise so maybe it's just time to say goodbye. Whether you're downsizing your collection, have inherited records from a family member or simply looking to make some extra cash give us a shout. We promise to give you a air price and look after the records whilst we find new homes for them.
What We're Looking For
We love all kinds of music, from the 50s to today's bright new things; from rock to jazz, to funk, soul, hip-hop and everything in between. We're interested in it all! We have a soft spot for all things Weller and 80s synth pop, but will consider most things so please get in touch and let's have a chat.
Fair and Competitive Pricing
If you sell your vinyl records to us you can expect a fair and competitive price. We'll be honest and upfront using our 40plus years of collecting, buying and selling records to value your collection.
If for any reason we can't buy your collection, or you don't want to let it go after a consultation we'll give you free and honest advice about what we think you shouild do. We'll always start with encouraging you to keep it and play it! (We can sell you a record player too!).
We promise to keep things simple and straight forward. We'll work with you to review and value the collection at a time and place that's convenient to you. We won't pressure you into a quick sale, cold call or badger you. We want you to be happy with any arrangement we make.
